Brigitte Bardot Beehive Updo is one of those styles that stays through the ages. It was brought into fashion by Ms. Bardot when she became a beauty symbol in the 1950’s and 60’s. She was a French actress and model and also popularized the two piece swimsuit along with gingham clothes after wearing a pink gingham dress at her wedding.
I love the look and after trying out a french twist for the first time was excited to share a chicer version inspired by a beauty icon. I read up on Brigitte Bardot’s history a little bit and loved learning about the French actress who so many other women admire. French style and fashion has always been something I have adored so having a great new hairstyle is wonderful to have in my beauty arsenal now.
