8 Headband Styles features all the different ways you can style a headband.
Everyone has their own personal style and there is a headband style out there for everyone.
Headbands are so on trend right for Spring and will roll right through into Summer too. It is one of those accessories that can really give your look the boost it needs. They are also so easy to throw on before you run out the door.

RETRO
Step 1 / Begin with a deep side part.
Step 2 / Comb the front hair or bangs forward.
Step 3 / Tuck the bangs behind the ear
Step 4 / Take a section of hair in front of the ear and slightly above it and pull it out so it is in front of the ear.
Step 5 / Place the headband on the head so an inch of bangs show and the ends go behind the hair sitting in front of the ear.
Step 6 / Sweep all the hair up into a clip on the back of the head.
Step 7 / Securely tie the ribbon tails of the headband so it stays in place.
Step 8 / Let the hair down.
EMBELLISHED
Step 1 / Draw a part on the right side directly up from the right eye pupil.
Step 2 / Tuck both sides behind the ear, leaving hair out in front of both ears.
Step 3 / Place the headband about an each back from the hairline and settled behind the hair in front of each ear.
GIRLY
Step 1 / Part the hair in a deep side part on the left side.
Step 2 / Comb the hair at the hairline forwards.
Step 3 / Sweep the hair across the forehead and tuck it behind the right ear.
Step 4 / Slide the headband on the head so 2 inches of hair show on the forward side.
FLORAL
Step 1 / Part the hair slightly off center.
Step 2 / Slick the sides down and tuck them behind the ears.
Step 3 / Place the headband over the head and pull the hair through.
Step 4 / Slide the headband to the top of the head so it rests an inch from the hairline.
TRENDY
Step 1 / Begin by parting the hair in a side part on the right side.
Step 2 / Place the headband ends at the ears.
Step 3 / Push the headband straight over the hair so it pushes it straight back but still has a slight part.

FLOWER CROWN
Step 1 / Start by parting the hair down the center of the head.
Step 2 / Place the center of the flower crown directly over the center of the part at the hairline.
Step 3 / Wrap the ends around the back of the head and tie into a secure knot.

TURBAN
Step 1 / Part the hair in the center or slightly off-center.
Step 2 / Tuck the hair on the heavy side behind the ear.
Step 3 / Place the turban headband directly on top of the head.
Step 4 / Rest the front an inch behind the hairline.
CLASSIC
Step 1 / Brush the front hair slightly back so it brushes towards the left side.
Step 2 / Place the ends of the headband at the ears.
Step 3 / Push the headband directly over the hair and rest it 1/2″ to 1″ from the hairline.
