Twisted Braid Instructions:
- Step 1 / Divide out a section of hair above the right and left ear, twist them upwards.
- Step 2 / Tie them together at the back of the head using a clear elastic band.
- Step 3 / Bring the ends up towards the top of the head, then around the elastic band. This will add an extra twist to the two sides.
- Step 4 / Gently pull on the edges of the twists to make them fuller.
- Step 5 / Pick up two new sections of hair underneath the first ones and repeat steps 2-4.
- Step 6 / Continue the pattern, repeating steps 1-4, working down the length of hair.
Double Twisted Braids Instructions:
- Step 1 / Divide hair into two sections, a left and a right side.
- Step 2 / Tie each section with a clear elastic band at the nape of the neck.
- Step 3 / Wrap a small piece of hair around each elastic and pin it underneath with a bobby pin.
- Step 4 / Now tie another elastic band about three inches down from the first one on each ponytail.
- Step 5 / Make a gap in the hair between the two elastics and flip the ends through the gap so the two sides are twisted.
- Step 6 / Repeat step 5 with the other ponytail.
- Step 7 / Pull on the twists to make them fuller.
- Step 8 / Wrap the elastics with another small piece of hair, pinning it underneath with a bobby pin.
- Step 9 / Repeat steps 4-8 again with both ponytails.
Half Up Twists Instructions:
- Step 1 / Divide off a section of hair at the crown, twist it together and pin it against the back of the head with bobby pins.
- Step 2 / Divide off a section of hair above both ears.
- Step 3 / Twist the two sections upwards and then tie them together with a clear elastic band right underneath the crown section.
- Step 4 / Flip the ends up and around the elastic band so the sides are more twisted.
- Step 5 / Gently pull on the edges of the twists to make them fuller.
Twisted Ponytail Instructions:
- Step 1 / Combine all of my hair together into a high ponytail and tie it off with a hair band.
- Step 2 / Wrap a small section of hair around the hair band and pin it underneath with a bobby pin.
- Step 3 / Divide off two small sections of hair from the outside of the ponytail.
- Step 4 / Tie them together with a clear elastic band and then flip the ends up and around the elastic so the sides are twisted.
- Step 5 / Pull on the edges of the twists to make them bigger.
- Step 6 / Repeat steps 3-5 working down the length of the ponytail.
