Christmas Eve holds a special place in my heart because every year we get together as a family and play games. It is simple, solid fun. We have guests staying nearby so we are planning to get together with them and enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. Of course, I enjoy opening presents as much as the next person but if I had to choose one, either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, I would keep Christmas Eve in a heartbeat.
