This is another easy thing to make but a great, healthy alternative from ice cream and when you’re craving a creamy treat.
Ingredients:
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
1 handful of strawberries, sliced
1 cup of greek yogurt (I used vanilla honey)
Directions:
Begin by placing a spoonful of the yogurt into the bottom of the cup. Place about 4 blueberries in the cup and layer with yogurt. Next place a few raspberries and strawberries together and spoon a third layer of yogurt over that. Continue this method until you reach the rim of the cup. Place an assortment of the fruit as the top layer. Enjoy!
