I’m not gonna lie, I definitely over packed for this trip. Like, waaaaaaay over packed.
It was so hot down in St. George that I barely wore any makeup and I never did my hair except to throw it up into a top knot. It was between 100 and 107 degrees while we were there and literally felt like a heater was blasting on us whenever we went outside.
If I could do this again I would only take half the makeup that I actually packed, none of the hair tools and only one comb. I also packed three shirts that I didn’t want to wear because they required another shirt underneath them and it was way too hot to be layering tees.
I guess I learned a good lesson though because we’ve got another trip coming up this summer and I’ll definitely be a little wiser when I’m packing for that one.
What I actually wore:
Every morning I put on the maybelline bb cream and then used the tiki bronzer and the revlon blush. I dusted either the tiki or blush on my eyelids and then applied powder to just my t-zone. I also filled in my brows and used the mascara every day. That was my typical set up. Basically a very natural, light makeup look.

What did you end up wearing there? I never feel out together when it’s that hot out.

I need to learn to pack less makeup because I always end up buying more when we go up north! Lol. It has been so fun shopping with you!!
