So I’m sitting in the bedroom and AJ comes in:
AJ: “Hey are you hungry?”
Me: “No, not really. Are you?”
AJ: “Yeah.”
Me: “What are you gonna do?
AJ: “..I’ll just have a bowl of cereal or something.”
Me: “Okay.”
.30 minutes later
AJ: “Hey I made some chicken, do you want some?”
Uh, yeah.
This man amazes me, truly. He’s like “oh and I can’t cook, I burn everything.” Psh, he is like a magician in the kitchen. It’s like “no we have no food” and he sees some cheese and then wham! a delicious meal fit for a king.
1 cup of water
4 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp mesquite seasoning
1/2 Tbsp paprika
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions: Fill a saucepan with water and add the chicken breasts. Bring to a boil. Once the chicken has lost most of its pink color and some of the water has boiled out, add salt, pepper, mesquite seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and chili powder. Let the water boil out then saute the sides of each chicken breast until they’re light brown in color.
For the potatoes:
Serve with a side of corn.
