German Pancakes
[about 6 servings]
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Melt butter in a medium baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs, cinnamon and salt. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake on center rack in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.

Where does the cinnamon come in? Do I also add it to the mixture?

Oh, yum!! My family is from Germany, so German food is a big thing in our home. I’ve never heard of baking the pancakes, but that would be SO much easier (and healthier) than frying them! I’m definitely going to try this! Thank you for sharing!!
