this salad will rock your world. it’s my favorite salad possibly of all time. a roommate used to make it for me occasionally and of course i memorized how to make it so i could continue to do so even after she moved out and got married. love her, miss her like crazy. this salad is one memory i keep from our long ago friendship.
per serving it’s about half a small [gala] apple and half a granola bar. then the salad dressing according to preference. i prefer more catalina than caesar so i add, taste, add more, taste, til it’s perfection. i could pretty much eat this by the truck load.
