This year for the Cook family reunion we traveled up to Colorado and stayed at the beautiful Pagosa Springs Wyndham Resort. By beautiful, I mean absolutely, breathtakingly, gorgeous. Everywhere you looked it was like staring at a postcard. AJ’s parents planned the entire thing and I feel so lucky that I was able to be a part of it. AJ comes from a large family and every one of his siblings was able to attend this year’s family reunion.

We stayed in Colorado for an entire week and every day did different activities such as hiking, tubing, horse back riding, swimming, shopping, not to mention a whole lot of lounging. A plane was available throughout the trip and AJ was able to take nearly everyone up on a flight around the area. He was truly in vacation heaven with that. Every night we got together for dinner and everyone would share their adventures for that day and plan the next accordingly. Games were played just about every night and the fun was non-stop.

It was so great to experience Pagosa Springs and be able to catch up with AJ’s family. He is related to an amazing group of people and I am truly blessed to have married into such an outstanding family.
