L’Oreal La Petite Frost: Chardonnay

It’s that time again. Pulling out the ‘ol rubber gloves and boxed kit to get some light on that top. I decided to try out a different highlighting kit, the L’Oreal La Petite Frost. It worked pretty well and gave me the highlights I needed but after a few days the color really faded and I had more of a yellow blonde color instead of the white blonde that I prefer. The last time I highlighted my hair I used Revlon Frost and Glow and the white blonde color lasted a lot longer and I felt I had a more highlighted look over all. I think I’ll be sticking with the the Revlon color for now.

Wow!!! Did you really get that beautiful look by yourself. This is pretty much the exact color I get my stylist to do. I might need to try this box!

i am never brave enough to color my own hair. i am a bit obsessed and always scared to mess it up. so i stick with my natural color right now.

your diy highlights always look great. already thought that when you posted it last time.

back in the days when i had blond highlights i always used one of those purple shampoos as i didn’t like the yellow blond either. maybe it might help you too. have you ever tried one?
